Patient Services Team
Signposting is undertaken by a specially trained patient services team. When you call the medical centre you will be asked to give brief details what your call is regarding. This means that instead of automatically been given an appointment with a GP you will be signposted to the most appropriate service to suit your enquiry.
Our trained reception team will not make clinical decisions and have had a specific training by all GPs and practice manager to help patients get the most appropriate service. They are also bound by the same patient confidentiality principles as our clinical team.
