Low Waters Medical Centre have introduced a new enhancement to our telephone system to allow patients to request a call back when calling the practice. When you call the practice you no longer need to wait in a queue for the receptionist to answer you call. Simply select the call back facility and the system will call you back and you will not lose your position in the the telephone queue.
